Training and assistance can enable people with disabilities to change the world, said State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Zunaid Ahmed Palak
"With specialised training and assistance from individuals, families and the state, they can bring changes not only in their own lives but also in the world," he said.
The state minister came up with the remark while speaking at the inaugural programme of 'Job Fair-2018' at Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) in the capital on Monday.

The minister also said soon a digital job portal will be opened where people will get the facility of job fair every day.
CVs will be updated on the site from where the companies will offer jobs accordingly, said Palak.
Executive director of Centre for Services and Information on Disability (CSID) Khandaker Jahurul Alam and BCC director Enamul Kabir also spoke, among others, in the programme presided over by BCC's executive director Shwapon Kumar Sarker.
