The Supreme Court will deliver its verdict on Monday on a petition filed by Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) seeking a stay on a High Court order directing it to provide half of Tk 10 million as compensation to the family of deceased Titumir College student Rajib Hasan.
A four-member bench of the Appellate Division led by Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain fixed the date after hearing on the petition today, reports UNB.

On May 8, the HC bench of Justice Salma Masud Chowdhury and Justice AKM Zahirul Hoque issued an order to provide Tk 10 million as compensation to the family of Rajib Hasan.
