The High Commission of Indian in Bangladesh will set up its office in Sylhet within next two months, said High Commissioner Harsh Vardhan Sringla on Friday.

"India-Bangladesh relationship is getting better day by day. Both countries are working together to prevent militancy and terrorism," he said.

Sringla also said that during the Liberation War of Bangladesh, India had extended its friendship to Bangladeshi people and Indian soldiers also fought for the people of this country. "Same as before, India's love for Bangladesh continues."

Among others, Iskcon Temple Principal Gaurango Brahmachari, General Secretary of Iskcon's central committee Charu Chandra Das Brahmachari, secretary of the Indian High Commission Shishir Kutari, were present at the programme, reports UNB.
