Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested two alleged members of banned militant outfit Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh in the city on Saturday night.
Acting on tip-off, a team of Rab-11 conducted drive in Khilgaon area around 8:30pm and arrested Arif Hossain, 41, a top leader of Sarwar group of JMB (Dawati Wing), said Lt Col Kamrul Hasan, commanding officer (CO) of Rab-11, as per UNB report.
Later, the same team conducted drive in Mugda area and arrested Ramij Uddin, 34, an operative of the militant outfit around 9:30pm, he added.
