Three teenage boys were killed as their motorcycle crashed into a roadside tree in Panchagarh on Wednesday afternoon.
The deceased were identified as Natun Islam, 16, Mahabubar Rahman Shishir, 17, and Abu Bakkar Siddique, 16, of the Upazila, according to police.
Police said the trio was going to visit Bhitargarh Maharaja Dighi on a motorbike, reports UNB.
The motorcycle crashed into a roadside tree as the rider lost control following a collision with another motorcycle at Pukuridanga Balurghat village in the afternoon, leaving the three injured seriously.
Locals took them to Panchagarh Sadar Hospital where the doctor declared them dead, confirmed Md Abdul Latif, officer-in-charge (OC) of Panchagarh Sadar police station.
