Police in a drive arrested Mymensingh district Jamaat ameer Abdul Karim in connection with a subversive case filed under Special Power Act.
Officer-in-Charge of Sadar Model Thana Shah Kamal Akand said the case was filed on October 22 last year.
On information, a team of police conducted a raid at his residence in Maharaja Street and arrested him on Wednesday night, reports BSS.
Abdul Karim, 60, was produced before a court this noon.
