About 300,000 people have received land-related services through the helpline 'Citizen Land Service 24/7' by calling 16122 in the first eight months of this year.
Meanwhile, about 12,000 messages and comments have been answered on the Facebook page of the national land service.
A review by the Ministry of Land revealed the information, according to a press release issued Saturday.
