At least 63 children were killed across the country in 2019, according to a local independent rights body.
The Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK) report noted that among the victims, 19 were aged below six years while 12 were between 7 to 12 years.
Apart from this, 22 victims were aged between 13 to 18 years and the ages of 10 children were not mentioned, the ASK report added.
A total of 32 cases were lodged in connection with those incidents, the report added.
A total of 488 children were killed in 2019, the rights body report said.
