Undergrads battle on strategy-based case contest

Interactive Cares is launching a cross-university strategic case competition-- Stratino 1.0. With this competition, they are looking to instil the strategic mindset that goes into achieving goals and sustaining a business. The competition is accommodating all the university fresh minds to compete and flesh out the best strategies to undertake a business.

This will be an awe-inspiring experience for the university students. Participants from all over the country will take part and showcase their potential. There will be three rounds of this competition where teams will be given a business case. In the first round, they will have to solve and submit the case online. Teams will be asked to present their solutions in the next two rounds.

Registration began from November 15 and continued till December 20. A team can have up to four members. The members can be from the same or different universities. All rounds will be held virtually and there will be workshops between each round. The total prize money for the winners will be worth Tk 75,000. A pool of Tk 10,000 will be allocated for the ambassadors as well. The champion team will earn Tk 35,000 while the first and the second runner-up teams will take home Tk 20,000 and Tk 10,000 respectively. The competition is affiliated with several renowned universities and organisations. The partners include Analyzen, Bangla Radio, Jamuna TV, The Financial Express, YSSE, and Bondstein & Excellence Bangladesh.

"Stratino will give the scope to strategise and innovate a business and it will give the experience of thinking like a professional during student life which will boost up skills for entering the job market in future," said Rare Al Samir, CEO of Interactive Cares. Interactive Cares is the country's first ever cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) based platform for giving education, telemedicine, mental health and legal service to customers through real time communication between users and experts via chatting, video calling and virtual whiteboards.
