Ten IU students to receive PM Gold Medal of UGC

A total of 10 students of Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia have been selected for the Prime Minister Gold Medal of the University Grant Commission (UGC) for their outstanding academic results in honours.

The students are under 2015 and 2016 academic sessions, said sources at registrar office of the university on Saturday, reports UNB.

They will receive the awards from Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at the upcoming PM Gold Medal giving ceremony, said IU acting registrar SM Abdul Latif.
