A team of six Bangladeshi students are participating in the 14th International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO) being held in Netherlands from December 3-12.
The announcement came at a conference at Hotel Sonargaon recently, said a media release.
President of Society for the Popularization of Science, Bangladesh (SPSB) and eminent writer Muhammad Jafar Iqbal introduced the participants at the conference.
Kazi Towhid Ul Alam, Deputy Managing Director of the sponsor organisation Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited, Jalal Ahmed, Vice Preident of the bank, and Sajjadur Rahman Chowdhury, Executive Director of Freedom Foundation, among others, were present on the occasion.
