Leaders call for innovation and ambition among the youths in Global Chamber Globinar

Global Chamber Dhaka, in collaboration with the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh Digital Marketing Club, Movementum Consultancy and Facilitation Group (MCFG), The Financial Express, and Ice Business Times, organised a Globinar for young global leaders on Leveraging The Global Tribe For Greater Impact on 9th February 2022.

 The objective of the Globinar was to offer participants the opportunity to interact with the global leader panel. As a result of the event, participants had the opportunity to learn about current global trends in marketplaces. 

This event provided opportunities for the young generation and recent graduates to reach new heights, think creatively, connect globally and thrive in the future interdependent global corporate ecosystem. 

This event was designed for global youths who want to succeed across borders and advance their careers by collaborating across borders. 

Speakers from North America, South America, Europe, Oceania, the Middle East, South Asia, and Southeast Asia shared their unique perspectives. 

These individuals are part of a global tribe of accomplished business experts who met with young leaders at the event to discuss their needs and interests. This event provided attendees with the opportunity to learn from and network with one another.

The event was moderated by Maimun Mustafa. He mentioned, “It’s all of us who believe that we can work across borders and we can be better business engaged in activities, alongside each other.” 

The speakers presented a plethora of new opportunities as well as support and assistance for the youth. 

Phil Disant introduced the economy of Brazil and the contribution of youth to the economy. 

“We have a lot of young people involved and we want to take advantage of this and show them and help them as much as possible,” he remarked. 

Rubby Golo advised the youth to develop and refine their skill, gaining work experience. She talked about assisting the youth to create a professional network and build a strong resume. 

Tal Zilberberg mentioned how connecting to different parts of the world with local companies that are making startups and creating connections has made this really easy for young people to come from other countries. 

“We have a younger Metro only one year and a half in the Global Chamber but we have very strong dedicated people who are really connected,” said this speaker from Tel Aviv. 

Katie Keith emphasised making oneself connected and proactive for climbing the ladder of success. Just as Arif Ahmed believes in the collective effort to be future-ready to manage to leverage to make empowering connections. 

“As an entrepreneur, you should understand that you have that entrepreneur in yourself and bring out that entrepreneurship,” said Mr Arif. 

In a nutshell, through the captivating speeches, the event opened up the prospects for the development of the young generation and the fresh graduates to aim higher, think innovatively, and connect globally.

The international panel was graced by Maimun Mustafa, Executive Director Global Chamber® Dhaka; Doug Bruhnke, Founder/CEO at The Global Chamber®; Cesar Trabanco, Vice President at The Global Chamber®; Rubby Golo, Executive Director at The Global Chamber® Africa, Phil Disant, Executive Director at Global Chamber® Joinville; Katie Keith, Executive Director at Global Chamber® London, Tal Zilberberg, Executive Director at Global Chamber® Tel Aviv; Larry Harte, Regional Executive Director at Global Chamber® Cincinnati; Afsara Ayesha, Certified Professional Coach at Teamcoach International; Licensee of International Association of Coaching; Arif Ahmed, Managing Director Light Over Light & Co Ltd; and Umana Anjalin, Associate Professor at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh. 

With the participation of talented speakers and a bunch of youth aiming to grow globally, the event brought the curtain down successfully by leaving much food for thought, resources and opportunities.
