IUT Career and Business Society (IUT CBS) is the lone business club of the Islamic University of Technology since 2017. It is a student-run organisation that has captured the intricate arena of business in Bangladesh by storm in recent years. Since its establishment, IUT CBS has been introducing fellow undergraduate students to the corporate and the entrepreneurial world. From learning the basics of business management to developing pivotal soft skills, IUT CBS has provided the students with a plethora of activities and options for growth that will come in handy for the professional world that lies ahead of them.
In continuation to this endeavour, IUT CBS has initiated INTERN, an intra-IUT novice business case competition. The President of IUT CBS, Aseer Nehalul Islam, says, "INTERN provides freshmen with a competitive platform to develop a techno-corporate mindset and gain valuable experience implementing their innovative and high-potential ideas. CBS is consistently committed to cultivating the most brilliant minds in order to provide young professionals of the highest standard."
INTERN has been proven to be gems in the progression of student community of IUT. This has created a platform for students to develop necessary skills and make them ready to cope with post-university work environment. And this year, ANTS Aerial Systems Limited boarded the journey with an astounding inauguration session on 'Pitching Style for Start-ups'. Furthermore, Mr Tausif imparted a strong gesture by saying, "In this fast moving world, the top dogs are those who have incredible product design sense backed up by a well-defined business and marketing knowledge. I believe INTERN by IUT CBS perfectly prepares our youngsters for that challenge. They deserve all the applause for this."
