Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia will go on an 11-day winter vacation on Tuesday.
The academic and administrative activities of the university will remain closed from February 6 to 16, sources at IU registrar office said on Monday.
IU acting registrar SM Abdul Latif told that the academic and administrative activities of the university will resume on February 17.
IU hall provost council president Prof Dr M A Shariful Alam said that all the dormitories of the university will remain open for the students during the vacation.
The university authorities have rescheduled the vacation due its fourth convocation, a news agency reported.
