Dhaka School of Economics (DScE) is set to organise a two-day exposition titled “International Entrepreneurial Expo and Summit-2019” on 18 and 19 January, 2019, on the premises of the institute at Eskaton Garden Road in Dhaka.
Dr Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad, chairman of governing council of Dhaka School of Economics is the adviser of the expo. Entrepreneurial expert and macroeconomic specialist Prof Dr Muhammad Mahboob Ali is coordinating the programme, said a media release.
Prof Ali hopes that the exposure will boost self–confidence of entrepreneurs and will contribute to the domestic and global value chain. Another objective of the expo is to encourage skill enhancement so that job employability gets a momentum in the country.
The programme is assisted by Entrepreneurial Economists club whose moderator is Rehana Parvin, assistant professor of DScE. Global Entrepreneurs Grid, India and Management Development Institute, Murshidabad, India are also the associates of the programme, added the release.
The programme will focus on: Entrepreneur elevator pitch, young entrepreneurs stall, seminars, poster presentation, mind mapping, discussions, access to finance and alternative to job seeking.
