This time it is going to be bigger than ever, the competition is going beyond international borders. This is an inter-university competition for the undergraduate business aficionados in Bangladesh and for the first-time targeting participants from India and Malaysia.

Being the first and only financial case competition of Bangladesh, Blueprints has earned good recognition since its inception and this year Blueprints 5.0 is spreading its horizon to the international arena, participants from foreign universities will be able to join the competition.

The organisers know that financial forecasting is very important in corporate realm as it plays a vital role in all scenarios such as project financing, merger and acquisition, investing, company valuation etc. These require proper in-depth understanding of business operations and macro factors. Undergraduate business students should have such knowledge and expertise, and Blueprints is exactly the platform where they can compete and prove their qualities. The competition will happen in three distinct rounds, with the first round being online case round. The teams qualifying for the second and third round will have to present a solution to a case in front of the industry experts.

The commendable thing about Blueprints is its informative workshops conducted by industry experts which will be held before each of the three competitive rounds in order to enlighten the participants with the required knowledge for acing that particular round. This time more than 300 teams from over 35 universities around the world will participate. More than 20 roadshows are being conducted in universities by the members of NSU Finance Club in order to market the competition.

Teams consisting of two to four members can participate in this international competition. The online and offline registration deadline is December 06 11:59 pm, local time. Moreover, this year the registration fee has been waived off, registration has been made absolutely free.

The grand finale of Blueprints 5.0 will be held at North South University premises on December 24, where many significant and influential individuals from the financial sector of Bangladesh will be present. Since its foundation in 2014, NSU Finance Club has successfully coordinated national and intra-university competitions and events.
