Designer's Hive celebrated its first year anniversary on March 12, 2021 at Hotel Bengal Canary Park, Gulshan, Dhaka. Top level executives from renowned and preferred multinational corporations along with government organisations in Bangladesh enlightened the ceremony.
Designer's Hive Community consists of young professionals, aspiring entrepreneurs, and students from different corners of the county. They have a community consisting of more than 10 thousand members.
Their vision is not only to develop skills for upcoming global market trends, but to empower students through earning by leveraging their talents and skills. Some of their most successful programmes were business week, soft skills workshops, business competitions, IELTS mock preparation, corporate live session, etc.
In this programme, there were some big companies who came to become part of their celebration. Companies like Sindabad, BProperties, Unilever, Smartifier Academy, Marico BD, Robi, Nagad, Bkash attended.
Also GM of Renaissance Hotel Azeem Shah, Navid Shafiullah, joint secretary of Economic Division and FH Arif, commissioner of taxes, attended this event.
The event started with Nizam Chowdhury who gave all a glimpse of his career and how to make a successful career from scratch. Then a panel discussion took place with guests and keynote speakers, as participants, university students, freshers and online business people joined the event.
Designer’s Hive is a platform that creates opportunity for everyone. They started their journey on February 23, 2020. Within one year they have created a community of more than 10,000 members. Their tag line ‘Redefine yourself’ is their motto of working.
Nizam Chowdhury, a global public speaker and entrepreneur said, “If you have programmed something in your head, that will happen. It is very important for you to have a clear vision about goals.”
Azeem Shah shared, “To create opportunities, you need to build networks. In today’s time, the network will lead you to places.”
