Bangladesh Institute of Journalism and Electronic Media (BIJEM) has organised a five-day long training course on 'Public Relations, Media and Communication Techniques’at the institute recently.
Abu Alam Md Shahid Khan, Former Secretary, Local Government Division of LGRD Ministry was present as chief guest, according to a media statement.
Mirza Tarequl Qader, Executive Director of BIJEM presided over the training programme.
Belal Ahmed, Head of Public Relations, North South University, Abdul Hamid Shohag, Head of Public Relations, Marcentail Bank Limited were present there as special guests.
A total of 17 officers of Bangladesh Army, Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd, Bangladesh Academy for Rural Development (BARD), Sadharan Bima Corporation and some other Government and non -Government organisations participated in the course.
Renowned Journalists, PR Experts and University’s Teachers conducted the training course.
