Bodies of eleven members of a family were found at a house in Delhi's Burari area early on Sunday morning.
Ten bodies were found hanging and blindfolded, while a 75-year-old woman's body was found on the floor, the police was quoted as saying by PTI.
Seven of the victims are women and four are men.
The family reportedly ran a grocery shop and a plywood business out of their home, according to NDTV.
The shop usually opens at 6:00am every morning. A neighbour went to check on the family when it remained shut until 7:30am.
He found the bodies and informed police.
Law enforcers have cordoned off the area and an investigation is currently underway.
