Kenya orders release on bail of 43 suspects in $100m graft case

A Kenyan high court judge ordered on Tuesday the release on bail of 43 suspects in a $100 million graft case related to money lost at the government-run National Youth Service training scheme.

The suspects, who include public servants and private business people, are facing charges including abuse of office and conspiracy to commit an economic crime, reports Reuters.
