At least two people, including one civilian, have been killed in a suicide attack executed by terror group Boko Haram in the Cameroonian Far North Region, a local source told Xinhua.
The attack occurred on Tuesday night between 19:00 and 20:00 local time (20:00 and 21:00 GMT) in Amchide in the Mayo-Sava Division bordering Nigeria, which is a stronghold of Boko Haram, according to local residents.
A villager was killed by the suicide bomber, who wanted to take advantage of the darkness in tandem with people's distraction during prayer-time.
The Mayo-Sava Division has witnessed six deaths attributed to Boko Haram since Monday.
A young suicide bomber carrying explosive charges attacked the Abdoulaye mosque in Kerawa at 05:45 local time (06:45 GMT) Monday, killing three including himself.
