USE of mobile phone while driving is frequent. It distracts the concentration of a driver and raises the possibility of accidents on the streets causing undesirable casualties. Talking on mobile phone while driving is forbidden in all civilized societies. Often rickshaw or a vehicle driver is seen in our society driving a car or a rickshaw holding in one hand and talking over mobile phones on the other. The motor bike riders also use the mobile phone while driving by bending his neck. This is a dangerous practice that endangers the life of both driver and passenger.
To address the rising concern, campaigns should be planned to increase the awareness of both drivers and passengers and a set of warning be circulated among the general people about pros and cons of using mobile phones.
