ALTHOUGH new in business, Uber has already proved its worth as a blessing for the city dwellers. I sincerely hope that the service lasts longer and also continues to flourish so that people can enjoy hassle- free travel within the city. The Uber is playing a key role in improving taxi services in our city and I personally have several pleasant experiences of using of using the service in recent times and on each occasion I was highly satisfied.
To me, the Uber service is good, comfortable and convenient. When we need a taxi, we shall not have to move to the road and wait for one. With Uber, we can easily book a taxi from our mobile app and all we have to do is download the Uber app, which is very simple and user-friendly.
The transport services in our city, which is inhabited by more than 15 million people, are not well organised to suit the requirement of a fast expanding metropolis. Uber like digital service can bring about a positive change without much effort. It can prove to be very easy and comfortable for women and elderly people as it is safe, easy and convenient.
