Swimming for a healthy life

SWIMMING is one of the most effective physical exercises to have a healthy life. But unfortunately Dhaka city does not have enough water bodies to allow people to stretch themselves in water and have the benefit of physical exercises regularly. It is difficult for health enthusiasts to find a suitable place to swim in our city. We can get enrolled in any swimming clubs and it is a good way to learn swimming and keep fit, but it is a bit expensive.
Swimming is a total body workout and when we are in the water, we only feel 10 per cent of our total body weight. Swimming is also a great way to burn our calories.
Swimming is the ultimate aerobic exercise which should be included in our everyday routine. It is great to have a fun activity like swimming, stay fit and live a better life.
