Motivation in business

MOTIVATION is a major tool for boosting productivity of an employee in an organisation. While financial motivation is a great incentive for an employee, there are other motivational factors as well, like, recognition, honour, power etc. that leads to organisational success. I have heard from many of my friends who are working in various organisations that they did not have enough motivation as there is no recognition for their works. In my case, it is also almost the same in my organisation.
In developed countries, organisations motivate their employees in various ways as such those get better output from employees. We have to remember that the world is changing fast, so is our country. Our country is doing very well and getting developed. We have to change our mindset towards our employees. Every employee of an organisation deserves motivation to fulfil his/her assignments. Human resource policy should be favourable in respect of motivation. The authorities of each organisation should monitor and ensure proper implementation of its human resources policy.
As human nature varies in different situations, it is very important to motivate employees to attain organisational goals. Motivational factors increase the rate of success of organisations. In the absence of motivation, long-term success is impossible for any organisation.
