Tricky and vague offers by mobile operators

THE mobile phone operators often make various tricky and vague offers to allure customers. One mobile operator offered one GB internet and get another free. But when I bought the package I discovered that the validity of bonus one GB internet was for just a week as the package validity was for 28 days. I just mentioned one example. Often the customers do not feel like lodging a complaint as they know very well that they will get no remedy and will lose more money if they complain on helpline.
I hope the Bangladesh Telecom Regulatory Authority will take appropriate action so that the mobile operators give details of the offers and customers are not harassed. The authority has already fined two mobile service providers for their misleading campaign and I am sure it will help restore discipline in this sector. The private mobile operators are doing a good job in our telecom sector, but there are some loopholes that need to be plugged.
