A craze of launching online news portals seems to have engulfed the country. While browsing the internet one finds various news portals with awkward names. These portals carry fake and awkward news. Sometimes criminals are found using these portals to preach their anti-state agenda.
When some people watch these portals in the social media, they start believing the false propaganda and later get regular updates of the same. They are brainwashed. Considering the above it has become imperative to formulate policies to regulate these news sites and check the evil designs of dishonest people.
