IS there any possibility that intelligent animals like human beings on earth, may inhabit the countless stars in the vast galaxy of stars beyond the solar system? Whether they can be seen by naked eye or by telescopes from our earth? Is our earth the only habitat of intelligent creatures as human beings in reference to our planet or our solar system? Till date no conclusive evidence  has been found that confirms existence of living creatures in any of the vast galaxy of stars beyond our earth. Some among the astronauts who landed on the moon, have different views on the matter. There are others including a number of scientists who think and believe that there are possibilities of such intelligent beings, similar to us (not necessarily in shape or size) existing there.
Two astronomers from a University in Quebec, Canada, working on a study examining a large number of stars that they catalogued found that a handful of these stars were exhibiting a repeated pattern of changing colours. Furthermore, this colour modulation appears identical across many different stars. Scientists believe that there could well be an evidence of another alien civilization that is doing this as a signal or message across the unimaginable distances involved. Alternatively, there could be some kind of chemical surface phenomena exhibited by a number of stars that exhibit this feature not normally found in the many other stars examined over the telescopes. Further, this observation needs independent verification by other observatories before the matter can be considered seriously.Â
However, there are still doubts in the minds of astronomers about existence of life on other planets in our solar system or other stars, despite the fact that we human beings exist on a star among the many similar solar systems that are there in an unimaginable volume and vastness of space. We generally say that it is limitless, but in reality it is really beyond our conception that can be contained by any unit of volume for the infinity of space.Â
That there are other beings in the vast extra-planetary space should independently be verified by astronomers from the various observatories around the globe. This may then provide reasonable explanation to the idea that there are other beings beyond our limited solar system, and that they are trying to establish contact with one another, if it is possible.
