AGRO business is one of the most profitable and 'quick-return-on investment' businesses in Bangladesh. But there is a very negative mindset about it in the society. Most young people look forward to join a good organisation with high salaries after completing university studies. They dream big but their planning is inappropriate. Instead of becoming entrepreneurs, they dream big only to be frustrated in the long run.
Bangladesh, being predominantly an agricultural country, is an ideal place to start agro business. Usually rural people with little or no academic background are engaged in this business in the country. But if an educated youth starts agro business he is likely to succeed faster and expand in bigger markets. For an educated man, sky is the limit. He can even penetrate the global market. First of all, one has to change his mindset about agro business and should not care about what others might say.
Nothing succeeds like success. People flock around a successful man and try to emulate the feats that have made him successful. He can be a source of inspiration for others.
