Leaders of small organisation overlooked

AKM QUAYUM, a man of 51 years, born in a middle class family with no economic solvency but had the dream of doing something big. With this hope he left home and started working in the city. Passing through a period of  hardships in the city he finally managed to settle in a garment industry. Working from the field level he earned the confidence of the management and became the general manager in 2000. Enthusiasm, efficiency and extraordinary leadership quality made him successful and he became the owner of two organisations by 2007 in the same industry.
Now this person is a taxpayer citizen of this country contributing to the national exchequer. He is an employer now generating job opportunities for unemployed people. It did not matter what his background or family status was, it was rather a combination of enthusiasm, diligence and perseverance that made him fulfil his dreams. We may walk into his shoes, dream big and work hard.
