THE Tigers lost the T20 series with a 3-0 margin. It is indeed frustrating to see Bangladesh being defeated in successive encounters. Now the Tigers will have to adopt a planned approach in the remaining two test matches. The batsmen should occupy the crease as long as they can and play according to the situation of the game.
The first test starts from June 12. A test match is a test for skill and patience of a batsman. It will be interesting to see how the Tigers perform in test matches which are different from other forms of cricket. It is also the most difficult format. In tests, a team has to play consistently well to be on the top.
The Tigers will have to forget their defeats in ODI and T20 series and start afresh, because it will be a different ball game. We should leave our recent performance against New Zealand behind us and look forward to the coming matches with a positive frame of mind. All the best for the Tigers!
