Egg: Nature\'s super food

AN egg is a wholesome food and we should include it in our daily menu. Egg is a great source of high quality protein and contains iron, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals etc. It is not very expensive and can be used in preparation of many mouth-watering dishes. Eggs help us prepare quick breakfast and can be used in lunch and dinner when our fridges are empty. The egg is a near perfect food as it has all the nutrition that we need to help keep ourselves healthy. Eggs help us raise healthy cholesterol in our body. Many people have misconceptions about egg that it increases our blood pressure and build hypertension in our body and they avoid it. Modern science has established that this is not true. Eggs are very fulfilling and offer fewer calories and thus help us maintain proper weight and sound health.
We can call eggs the nature's perfect food. Eggs play an important role in culinary art. I cannot think of having my breakfast without eggs as it provides me with much needed energy throughout the day. We should encourage our children to eat eggs regularly as it will help them enrich their diet and build a sound body.
