WALKING is a good form of exercise and if we walk 10000 steps everyday we cover 5 miles and it will help us keep in good shape. There are many apps in the Smartphone which will keep account of our steps and help us fulfil our everyday target. Walking takes good care of our health, keeps our bones and cardiovascular system in shape. Walking strengthens our heart and helps us shed extra weight. Many people feel discouraged to walk due to dust and dirt problem. But if health is our priority, it will be beneficial for our health to take up walking. Walking also keeps us cheerful and takes off depression from our mind. We do not necessarily have to keep a time separate for walking as we can do it anytime and anywhere without disrupting our regular life.
