For women entrepreneurs, the co-working space ‘Workstation101’ is offering a 25 per cent discount on all services throughout the year.
The company’s CEO, Eushra Nashmin, said such initiative was taken with an aim to stand up with women entrepreneurs on the occasion of International Women's Day.
Located on the fourth floor of Uttara Tower on Jasimuddin Road in Uttara area in the capital, the desks, private offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms, conference rooms of this co-working space can be rented out based on hours, days and monthly contracts, according to a media release.
“Women in our country face different sort of challenges in almost every profession,” said Eushra Nashmin.
“And the challenge for a woman who wants to work as an entrepreneur is multiplied. I can understand the difficulty of other female entrepreneurs as a female entrepreneur. So we have this special discount to empower these women entrepreneurs.”
The concept of co-working space is new in Bangladesh but many companies in Dhaka have already started offering such services, the release added.
Women entrepreneurs, along with men, are also taking up co-working space, with excellent work environment, security, essential facilities without any hassle.
