SQ Group has inked a partnership agreement with Mercer Consulting, the largest human resources consulting firm of the world, to transform its organisational HR practices.
According to the agreement, over a period of approximately six months, Mercer will redesign HR practices in SQ Group to help achieve its business priorities and targets through motivating and keeping the employees engaged.
Warisul Abid, chief people officer of the SQ Group, and Nilanjana Dutta, associate of Mercer Consulting, inked the agreement on behalf of their respective sides.
Johan Ahmed, deputy chief people officer of the group, and Ms Nivedita Balgi, associate of the Mercer Consulting, along with other high officials of the SQ Group, attended the signing ceremony.
