Voice of Business, an organisation of Dhaka University's Business Studies faculty, arranged a seminar recently to provide a guideline to the participants about making career at Bangladesh Bank.
The specialised seminar titled 'Destination: Bangladesh Bank' was held Wednesday at the premises of the faculty, in collaboration with Eclectic Education, said a press release.
Three deputy directors of the central bank — Shakil Chowdhury, Nahid Ahmed and Moazzem Hossain — took part in the event as discussants.
The speakers mainly discussed about the question pattern of BB's recruitment test and other necessary steps in this regard.
Moazzem Hossain said, "The recruitment process of Bangladesh Bank is different and more challenging than the process of BCS examination. So a applicants have to take slightly different preparation."
Nahid Ahmed also expressed his hope and appreciation towards young people and said that he would encourage them to serve in the banking sector and develop career interests.
