Rangpur Foundry Ltd (RFL) has approved 23 per cent cash dividend for shareholders for the year 2018-2019 at the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held at Premier Plaza, Badda in the capital recently.
Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Chairman, Sabiha Amjad, Director, Chowdhury Kamruzzaman, Director, Md. Abdus Salam FCA, Independent Director, Uzma Chowdhury, Director (Finance), Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Director (Accounts), Muhammad Aminur Rahman, Company Secretary, Kishor Kumar Debnath, Chief Financial Officer and shareholders of the company, attended the AGM.
The shareholders thanked the management for company’s achievements over the years and made valuable suggestions for improvement in running the business. They reiterated their profound confidence in the management and operations of the company.
