Paramount Textile arranges AGM; approves 15pc dividend

Paramount Textile Limited has organised its 11^th annual general meeting (AGM) at Spectra Convention Centre in Gulshan area of the capital, recently.

The AGM approved 15.0 per cent dividend, 5.0 per cent cash and 10.0 per cent stock, for the year ended 30th June, 2017.

Anita Haque, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting, according to a press release.

Shakhawat Hossain, Managing Director of the Paramount Textile Company, among other directors was also present in the programme.
