NCC Bank comes to aid of poor dengue patients

NCC Bank Limited has come forward to help poor dengue patients at free of cost across the country as part of social responsibility.

The commercial bank distributed Dengue identification kits, mosquitoe net, saline & medicine, mattress & saline stand in various hospitals on Tuesday, says a media release.

Md Nurun Newaz Salim, Chairman of NCC Bank, handed over dengue identification kits to the high officials of National Medical College & Hospital, The Barakah General Hospital and National Heart Foundation Hospital and Research Institute, Feni at a simple ceremony at its head office in the capital.

Managing Director and CEO of the Bank Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, Deputy Managing Directors Khondoker Nayeemul Kabir, & Md. Habibur Rahman, SEVP & Head of Operations, Muhammad H. Kafi, Company Secretary Md. Monirul Alam along with others senior executive of Head office were also present.

NCC Bank Chairman Md. Nurun Newaz Selim mentioned the activities as great initiative and said that NCC Bank is not just doing business for profit but also working for the social responsibility.

In this context, NCC Bank is working to combat dengue as it is a national issue, he added.

Managing Director and CEO Mosleh Uddin Ahmed said the activities of the bank will continue in the future.
