Marcel resumes ‘Digital Campaign’

Marcel, electronics appliances manufacturer, has resumed its ‘Digital Campaign’ across the country aiming to continue its post sales services into the online activities through database system.

During the campaign, details of the customers and their purchased products including the name of customer, contact number and the model number of the product are being stored on a server.

The customers can seek post sales services browsing the Marcel developed web page http://support.Marcelbd.com and also they can see the status of the product via online.

Marcel also provides cash back offer to its customers upon registration. A customer can get maximum Tk 1000 cash back by purchasing of Marcel fridge, television and air-conditioner.

A customer can get the cash back or avail a free fridge, television or air-conditioner or a tour to America/Russia on the registration of each purchased appliances from any Marcel outlets across the country.

The customers will enjoy the special offer from April 1 to June 30, 2018, said a media release.

The announcement was made at a programme at the conference room of the Marcel Group’s Corporate Office in the capital on Monday.

Marcel Chief Marketing Co-ordinator Eva Rezwana, Policy, HRM and Admin Head SM Zahid Hasan, PR and Media Head Md Humayun Kabir, were present at the declaration programme.

Md Tanvir Rahaman, executive director of the Marcel, Dr Md Shakhwat Hossen, the marketing head of the Marcel, and Senior Additional Director Mofizur Rahman, were also joined at the function.

Hossen said, the campaign will not only encourage the customers in registering their purchased appliances but also digitalise the Marcel’s post sales services.
