Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited inaugurated its 357th Branch at Lama Bazar in Bandarban on Monday.
Muhammad Qaisar Ali, Additional Managing Director of the Bank, inaugurated the branch as chief guest.
Presided over by Muhammad Shabbir, Executive Vice President, Md. Mostofa Jamal, Chairman, Lama Upazila Parishad addressed the program as Guest of Honour. Noor-E-Jannat Rumi, Upazila Nirbahi Officer, Md. Rezwanul Islam, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Md. Zahirul Islam, Mayor, Lama Pourasobha, G. M. Mohd. Gias Uddin Quader, Head of Chattogram South Zone of the Bank, Bathoaiching Marma, social worker, Japan Barua & Bidhan Kanti Das, businesspersons addressed the program among others. Mohammad Munirul Kabir, Head of Lama Branch thanked the guests. Local businesspersons, academicians, professionals and social elites were present on the occasion.
