Guardian Life Insurance is set to indemnify the life and health of the employees of Rancon Holdings Limited.
To this end, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the two companies on Sunday.
The MoU was signed at the conference room of the Rancon Holdings in the evening.
Guardian Life Insurance’s Managing Director& CEO MM Monirul Alam and Rancon Holdings Limited’s Group Chief Human Resources Officer Kaiser Chowdhury signed the MoU on behalf of their respective sides.
Officials of Guardian Life Insurance and Rancon were also present, among others.
