Five international flights have failed to meet their arrival schedules at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) on Thursday.
A flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines, BG 148 from Dubai was scheduled to arrive at the airport at 8:40am, but it reached at 10:52am, making 2 hours and 12 minutes delay, said sources at Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB).
BG 202 from London made one hour and 8 minutes late.
Another flight of Jet Airways was supposed to land at the airport at 9:05am, but it reached at 11:50am, making 2 hours and 45 minutes delay, the sources added.
No other international flight, however, witnessed any schedule disruption until 1:10pm on the day.
