Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) has opened its 84th branch at F & I Tower at Begum Rokeya Sarani in Shawarapara area of the capital.
Mir Nasir Hossain, Director of EBL, inaugurated the opening ceremony of the branch Wednesday, says a press release.
The branch has been opened with an aim to provide most modern banking facilities to the customers, said speakers in the event.
Managing Director and CEO of the bank, Ali Reza Iftekhar, Additional Managing Director, Hassan O. Rashid, other senior officials and local dignitaries were present on the occasion.
