Drooto, a web and app-based on-demand service platform that aims to provide technical repairing and installation services, has launched its operation in the country.
Mr Syed Tahmid Zaman Rashik, Managing Director & CEO of Drooto, announced the official launch of this mobile app recently.
Drooto App is now officially ready to be downloaded from the Google Play Store, and in few weeks, it will be available for iOS users as well.
In order to receive quick service from Drooto, a user has to first download the Mobile App and then use the mobile platform to book an appointment.
Soon afterwards, Drooto Support Team gets in touch with the user in order to process the booking and provide the immediate technical service.
Drooto now operates in the country’s more than 10 major cities, including Dhaka, Tongi, Sirajganj, Bogra, Rangpur, Pabna, Jhenaidah, Khulna, Barisal and Feni, according to a media statement.
At the present, it has more than 115 dedicated technicians at its more than 13 centres to provide on-demand services to a consumer within 3 days.
