Country’s largest online marketplace Daraz Bangladesh has organised a ‘fan meet’ in Joypurhat to facilitate communication between customer and high officials.
Daraz Fan Club arranged the meet at Chili's restaurant and party centre in the northern district on Friday. ‘Daraz fan meet’ activities had been held in more than 45 districts of the country already.
In the programme in Joypurhat, a good number of customers met Daraj high officials and shared their queries, opinions, experiences, and recommendations.
Product deliveries, product quality, return and refund policies were highlighted in the programme, says a media release.
Darz's head of Offline Sales Zubaer Siddique was among other officials who attended the function as the company representatives.
It is hoped that through this initiative, interest and trust in e-commerce will be further strengthened in the minds of the people of Bangladesh.
Overall, this initiative will further develop e-commerce in the country.
