BRAC Bank Limited conducted a day-long programme titled “Women's Leadership Skills Development” recently at its Head Office for its female employees.
The workshop was conducted by Nasreen Sattar, Chairman of Consumark (Former MD & CEO, SCB Afghanistan). Selim R. F. Hussain Managing Director & CEO, and Bilquis Jahan, Head of Human Resources, BRAC Bank Limited, were present during the certificate giving ceremony.
The workshop was aimed at assisting the female employees on self-development, overcoming the challenges at workplace and achieving success in the corporate world, said a statement.
