Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited continues to extend its support for the welfare of the children with special needs every year since 2009.
On March 11, 2020, an event was organized at Abinta Gallery of Fine Arts, where Berger handed over financial grants to multiple organizations working for the welfare of specially challenged children in Bangladesh.
Apart from that, a ceremony was held to award the winners of the art competition organized for specially-abled children. An exhibition of the participating art works was also inaugurated at the event.
SEID (Society for Education and Inclusion of the Disabled), Autism Welfare Foundation, Society For The Welfare of Autistic Children, Scholars Special School, Proyash Bisheshayito Shikkha Protistahn, Alokito Shishu, Tauri Foundation-School For Gifted Children, and Community Development Center are among the organizations that received the grant from Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited.
This financial aid will be used for centre operations, house rent, training centre expenses, equipment for the disabled, appliances for special education, education expenses, calendar, etc. according to the need of the organizations.
