Another 200MW electricity added to national grid

Bangla Trac Power Unit-1 Ltd.’s ongoing power project, built in Daudkandi, Comilla, has successfully added 200MW electricity to national grid recently, according to Power Development Board (PDB) source.

Now, Bangla Trac Power Unit-1 and Unit-2 are accumulatedly providing 300MW electricity to national grid.

About the work of Bangla Trac Group, to meet the increasing demand of electricity, the company Chairman Mohammad Aminul Haque said, “A fully dedicated team have been working hard to meet the increasing demand of electricity in Bangladesh for a long time. We are really excited to successfully add another 200MW electricity to National Grid.”

Bangla Trac Group’s Managing Director Tarique Ekramul Haque said, “We are happy to successfully run the Bangla Trac Power Unit-1 Ltd.’s power plant. Accumulatedly, we are now providing 300MW electricy to national grid. Our goal is to provide electricity to every part of the country and we will be working efficiently to meet the goal.”
