The 323rd Board Meeting of Standard Bank Ltd was held on Sunday at SBL Board Room, Head Office, Dhaka.
Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr Kazi Akram Uddin Ahmed presided over the meeting.
It was attended by Vice Chairman Al-Haj Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Directors Mr Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Ferozur Rahman, S. A. M. Hossain, Mohammed Abdul Aziz, Md. Zahedul Hoque, Ferdous Ali Khan, Kazi Khurram Ahmed, Najmul Huq Chaudhury and Md.Nazmus Salehin.
Managing Director & CEO (acting) Mr Md. Tariqul Azam and Deputy Managing Director Mr Md. Motaleb Hossain were present at the meeting.
